Refund & Cancellation Policy
- If you do not enrol in any modules (quizzes, video lectures, or other course-related documents) after purchasing the program, you can request a refund by sending an email (refund@roborameducation.com) with your registered email id, name, mobile number, course purchased, and bank details (account number, account name, connected mobile number & email id, ifs code or PayPal account (email id)) within 24 hours of the course purchase. If all of your details and eligibility match, we will process your request, and the refund process can take up to 15 days to reflect the fee (15 percent will be deducted for Indian Participants and 30% deduction for participants from outside India) in your bank account.
- Not with-standing this policy, any specific terms and conditions mentioned on individual product & service page, and/or as agreed with a user before/during/after the transaction, will override the terms and conditions mentioned here in case of a conflict.
- We may make changes to our products & services, and associated terms & conditions (including terms and conditions on refund and cancellation), from time to time. You are advised to refer to our latest terms and conditions on this page and associated product/service specific terms and conditions page before making a purchase.
