Dr. B Vinod
Position: President
- B. Vinod has a postgraduate degree in Applied Electronics from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore and completed his Ph.D. on CNC machine controls from Bharathiar University Coimbatore.
- He has eight years of industrial experience in the field of industrial automation and has Twenty-one years of teaching experience in Robotics, CNC Machines, Industrial Automation, Power Electronics, and Drives.
- He is currently heading the Department of Robotics and Automation Engineering at PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore.
- He has successfully carried out Eleven funded research projects for various research establishments like DST, DHI, NIOT, HAPP, AR&DB, and RCI, to the tune of 17.42 crore. He was also instrumental in establishing 15 of the Centre of Excellence at PSG College of Technology.
- He has published 49 papers in various international journals and conferences.
- He is a member of the Managing Committee, Southern India Engineering Manufacturers Association (SIEMA), Chairman of Robotics and Automation Society IEEE Madras chapter, member Robotics and Automation panel for Bureau of Indian Standards and Member, Managing Committee, COINDIA Coimbatore.
Based on his extensive industrial and academic experience, he can recognize what skills can be offered to students, the needs of the Robotics Industry, and how to bridge the gap between these two ends.
Dr. P. Rajalakshmy
Position: Secretary
- P. Rajalakshmy completed her B.E and M.E in Instrumentation and Control Engineering and Ph.D. in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.
- She has more than 2 decades of teaching experience. Currently, she is heading the Department of Robotics Engineering, Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, Coimbatore.
- Her areas of research include Sensor Technology, Mathematical Modelling and Control, Rehabilitation Robotics and Cognitive Computing.
- She has published about 20 articles in peer reviewed journals and has 2 patents to her credit.
Dr. P. Rajalakshmy, as a well-established academic professional, is well-versed in the training methodology for improving listening skills and gaining a deeper understanding of concepts.
Dr. G. Deenadayalan
Position: Deputy Chairman
- Prof Deenadayalan is serving as Professor in Mechanical Engineering at Meenakshi College of Engineering, Virugambakkam. He has completed his Doctoral Program and Post-Graduation in Industrial Engineering department from College of Engineering, Guindy under Anna University, and B. E degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the prestigious P.S.G. College of Technology, Coimbatore.
- His doctoral thesis is on the optimization of Build to Order supply chain for selected class of configurable products. His area of interest spans Metallurgy and Material Science, Supply chains and composite materials.
- Prof Deenadayalan has more than 32 years of academic experience. He has worked for 5.5 years at Sri Venkateswara Engineering College and 15 years at R.M.K Engineering College prior to joining Veltech University. He served as Professor and head of PG studies at Veltech RR University and joined as Principal at Meenakshi College of Engineering. He has diligently served the academic community as Lecturer, Assistant Professor and Professor and rose to the position of Head of the Department and Principal at his latest assignment. He has served in various capacities as Examiner, question paper setter, Evaluator and Chairman, Valuation board for COE under Anna University.
- For the past 2 years, Prof. Deenadayalan is working as Professor of Mechanical Engineering handling subjects in the area of Industrial Engineering, Strength of Materials, Material Characterization and Corrosion Engineering.
- He has organized and attended many conferences, seminars, training programs in India. He has visited, Thailand, Honk Kong and China for presenting his papers at international conference. He has published and presented more than 10 papers in various international, national journals, Conferences and seminars.
- Deenadayalan is actively associated with various Professional Bodies. He is a Life member of Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering, life member of Indian Institute of Materials Management and also Life member Indian Society of Technical Education.
- He continues to be actively associated with Industrial Engineering Profession and activities of IIIE. He is past Chairman, Chennai Chapter, Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering (IIIE). In the past, he was Vice Chairman and Secretary of IIIE Chennai chapter.
Mr. Arunachalam Shunmuga Sundaram
Position: Team Manager
- Have acquired a total of 17 years of industrial experience
- 7 Years’ Experience with Engineering Products Manufacturing Industries
- 10 Years’ Experience with Internationally Accredited Third-Party Certification Bodies for Certification, Inspection and Training Services
- IRCA Approved Trainer for ISO9001:2015 & OHSAS18001:2007
- Reviewer of Auditors competency and Audit Reports
- Business development and Associates relationship Management
- Hands on Experience in Other Management system Standards

Dr. G. Shanmugasundar
Position: Associate Member
- Having specialized in Computer Integrated Manufacturing for over 15 years, have gained extensive academic experience and his areas of interest are in Robot Mechanism & Mechatronics system design.
- He is currently employed as an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Sri Sairam Institute of Technology in Chennai.
- He has ten papers published in international and national journals, as well as three books.
- He is a member of the ISTE and the IEEE ROBOTICS & AUTOMATION societies.
As a prolific academic expert, he understands exactly what students are thinking in terms of out-of-the-box knowledge. He is a valuable asset to us in terms of becoming a Robotic Expert
Dr. Sundar Ganesh C S
Position: Associate Member
- Sundar Ganesh C S received his postgraduate degree in Applied Electronics from PSG College of Technology in Coimbatore and his Ph.D. from Akshaya College of Engineering in Coimbatore.
- He has fourteen years of teaching experience and is currently employed as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Karpagam College of Engineering in Coimbatore.
- Digital Electronics, Microprocessors, and Microcontrollers are his areas of interest.
- He completed a funded project from the Institution of Engineers with excellence.
- He has 68 papers published in national and international journals and conferences, as well as four books.
- He has two patents to his name.
- NPTEL certified him for six different activities.
- He belongs to the IE, ISTE, IETE, IAENG, IASCIT, and BMESI.
He is a strong technical expert in embedded systems and microcontrollers, and he can provide the clear skills needed to become an embedded expert, which is the heart of any robotic system.
Mr. Santhosh Kumar S
Position: Associate Member
- Santhosh Kumar S received his undergraduate degree in Production Technology from PSG College of Technology in Coimbatore, and his postgraduate degree in Manufacturing Systems and Management from Anna University in Chennai.
- He has over 5 years of industrial experience in Mobile Application Development, Flutter-based applications, and Dart programming.
- He has over 3 years of training experience and has worked in various industrial segments such as E-Learning Firms, IT Sectors, and as an Assistant Professor at VelTech University in Chennai.
- Since 2018, he has been a technological entrepreneur (Director of KCS Web Technologies), working on future-oriented software products, particularly in the fields of e-learning and e-commerce.
Through his entrepreneur abilities, he can identify and solve problems based on his combined industrial and training skills. Mr. Santhosh Kumar S is a valuable asset to RoboRAM in a variety of ways, including improving user interfaces, integrating advanced learning tools, and developing simulators based on ongoing and prospective demand.
