Dr. G. Shanmugasundar, Associate Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Sri Sairam Institute of Technology in Chennai, gave a fantastic presentation on Newer Materials and Design Concepts of Articulated Robots in Industry 4.0. The seminar was attended by students and faculty from various institutions and industries. The speaker is quite knowledgeable in many areas, including pushing the audience to become experts in robotics because of the numerous prospects, financing support from government and private organizations, future applications, and so on. Dr. Shanmugasundar also discusses the numerous applications of robotic systems that are now in use. Furthermore, this session’s highlight topic is the choosing of robot materials.
